An exhibition on sprawled areas in Switzerland and Kosovo

Despite their economic and cultural differences, both Switzerland and Kosovo are strictly affected by urban sprawl, and the resulting landscapes and architectural elements are surprisingly very similar. For the exhibition of Kunik de Morsier Architectes we used those common elements in a real scale as a scenography: along with their architectural usage, they serve as islands for different projections–interviews on the topic.

This exhibition shows the result of a five-year parallel research study that will continue to evolve in the following years. The exhibition opening was followed by a film projection and a discussion with Ibai Rigby, Guillaume de Morsier and Valentin Kunik, as well as the guests Charlotte Malterre-Barthes, Christian Schmid and Milica Topalovic.
